From the social perspective, send them to the prison could even promote the development of society. For instance, the resources could have been use during the process of building the prison, and the prison could provide more working opportunities for graduated medical students and police. Moreover, if we allow the crimes to get a job and work for the local or community, this would increase the pressure of how could we declare crimes’ guilty and give the reasonable, fair and lawful justice, this to some extent increased the difficulty of conviction.In conclude, send them to prioson should be consider as a fair way to deter the lawbreaker, and avoiding them to make the same things happend again.

If the society provide a chance for them to work for local or community, they could have learn a skill and make the ends meet after released.
