The diagram displays the production of cheese. Overall, the process, which consists of nine stages and is man-made, starts with mixing raw milk and bacteria and ends with sending the cheese to different shops. Additionally, raw milk, bacteria, an enzyme, and salt are required to produce cheese.
Initially, a bottle of raw milk and bacteria are mixed. Next, with the addition of an enzyme, the mixture turns into curds, and they are solidified. Once solidified, they are cut into tiny pieces. Afterward, they move to the fourth stage where they are heated and drained in a special device; in turn, they are put in trays and salted.
Subsequently, in the next stage, they are shaped manually by the group of workers. After that, in stage seven, curds proceed to a fermentation process, where they are put on shelves for 2 months. Once cheese is ready, it is packaged in a box; finally, it is transported to various shops for consumers.
