Some people’s ways of life are in agreement that youngsters can only attain greater heights in life by hard work.The benefits of this is that they will be motivated not to give up easily and also achieve success. Inability to utilise other means to success and frustration are some of the setbacks.

There are benefits attached to parents teaching their children that working hard is the best way to achieve success. It helps the young to be optimistic about their future. Having this in mind will empower them not to give up easily when they encounter failure or challenges in whether academic settings or other fields. Furthermore, success is another advantage of working tirelessly, to achieve this youngsters must give in their best in adapting many strategies ranging from Consistency, discipline and constant practice. For example, if students must achieve success in their academics, they would have to attend lectures,read and review lessons and put in efforts to perform well in exams.

There are drawbacks of emphasizeing more on hardworking as the only way to attain heights.This can restrict children from utilizing other means to success.when young people are fed with this culture, they become obsessed with only efforts, disregarding other aspects of making it in life. Also frustration can set in as a disadvantage of this. When youths try only hard work and did not succeed they tend to give up easily and can even become angry with themselves.

In conclusion, pushing the youths to be optimistic and achieving success is the benefits of emphasizeing about hard work to children and not being able to try other means to be successful and frustration is the set backs.
