The given pie charts illustrate the results of an experiment of a university library to find out the assessment by full time and part time students about its IT support as well as opening hours.
Overall, the majority of students are satisfied with the current opening hours. Meanwhile, with the IT support, the percentage of full time students that are very and quite happy is higher, compared to part time students.
Regarding the IT support offer, 55% of full time students are very happy with it, which is nearly double the figure for part time students. Besides, the proportion of full time and part time students that are quite happy with IT support offered is 32% and 35%, respectively, which is almost equal. In terms of remaining categories, just 13% of full time students are not satisfied, whereas there are 45% of part time students .
Next to the library opening hours, the rate for the full time students in terms of very happy, quite happy and not at all is 67%, 32% and only 1%, takes turns. Similar pattern can be seen in the figure for part time students when the very happy rate accounts for 72%, outweighs the 23% and 5% in quite happy and not at all rate.
