The following graph illustrated the percentage altering regarding places where people predominantly accessed internet of each two years interval between 1998 to 2004.
More than half of people internet at home in 1998 used to access which become reduced and lessened to less than fifty percent in 2000. Internet excess from home slightly increased in 2002 to become accurately half but its proportion become same as 1998 in 2004. In case of internet access in work less than three quarter people are recorded in 1998 and 2000 as well. A moderate reduction happened in 2002 but the percentage of decrease is notably high in 2004 for the internet to be accessed at work. Likewise, percentage of people accessing internet at college is stabled in 1998 and 2000 which is estimated as one fifth. But a moderate increase and decrease was noticed in 2002 and 2000 respectively concerning the percentage of internet surfing at college. Moreover, the percentage of internet access at library was lowest (nearly 10%) in 1998 which was escalated in 2000 to nearly 20%. But the proportion fell in 2002 and stabilized in 2004 to less than a Fifth.
In conclusion, the internet access at home remained at peak whereas the internet surfing at library remained at the bottom from 1998-2004.
