The intake of sodium in dinner and lunch is 43% and 29%, which is higher than the uptake of saturated fat in dinner and lunch which is 37%and 26% respectively. While the percentage of saturated fat in snacks and breakfast is 21% and 16% respectively which is more than the intake of sodium in breakfast and snacks which is the same 14%.
Furthermor, the percentage of added sugar is greatest in snacks wich is 42% the highest amount in all meals. While the uptake of added sugar in lunch is the lowest of all three nutrients in lunch which is 19%.
