For example, many people believe that engaging in activities like hiking, running, swimming, and practicing meditation, as well as waking up early, can positively impact public health. Waking up early often encourages individuals to participate in outdoor activities, which not only improve physical health but also support mental well-being. Meditation, for instance, plays a key role in reducing stress and enhancing mental health, which is closely linked to overall public health.
To conclude, although increasing taxes on unhealthy foods could be an effective solution to improve public health, it is equally important to promote physical activities and practices like meditation.
