Undoubtedly, concern about ecological concerns has significantly increased compared to the past. It is predominantly considered that it should be the responsibility of a global agency to tackle green issues rather than state and national authorities. I disagree to a large extent with this expression of view, which will be discussed in this essay, along with my viewpoints.
Perusing the statement and expressing the unobjectionable reasons, the first and foremost is that local government knows about very well about their country environmental issues rather than an international agencies. They know how to control air pollution in their country. Local authorities can encourage individuals to plant a lot of trees; if local people start growing plants in their villages, the environment issues will decrease. Another factor which is also considerable is that authorities can reduce the usage of fuel vehicles by manufacturing electric vehicles, because fuel transportation produced obnoxious gas which impact on ecosystem for instance, 90% people use private vehicles, which increase not only air pollution but also traffic congestion. So the problem of air pollution cannot be solved unless government introduce electronic vehicles.
Furthermore, local government can ban the manufacturing industries which produce large amount of chemical waste; when the chemical mixed into the soil, consequently, water will poisoned and affect soil; correspondingly, crop production will reduce and plants will also not grow. Apart from this, local authorities should start campaigns to appeal people for recycle plastic material; for instance, when people use plastic bags, they throw in garbage; where they are burned and produce harmful gases; so individual should recycle plastic material to reduce green issues.
To conclude, although an international agency can do things on high level to improve ecosystem, I believe the local authorities should be responsible to tackle the ecological concerns by encouraging individuals to use electronic vehicles as well as planting trees.
