Band 6+: Solving environmental problems should be the responsibility of international organization rather than each national government. Do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It is argued that the international organisation should be responsible for solving environmental problems rather than national government of each country. Personally, I disagree with this view and this essay will present strong arguments for my point of view.

The main reason for my opinion is that every country is different and has their own difficulties. Countries have different climates, issues, natural resources and economies. If one country has problem with the price of fuel, another one has issues with crops. A single international organisation cannot make general rules or solutions that are suitable for every country as it can create some misunderstanding and difficulties in some countries. For example, little number of population is a huge problem in countries like Japan. However, it is not regarded to China, which is considered to be the most populated country in the world.

Another significant factor for my view is that it will take a lot of time to create solutions and deal with every countries environmental problems as there is only one international organisation. International organisation involve many countries, approvals and solutions to deal with each problem. Making decisions or adding rules will take much longer than each countries government would take. For example, to deal with a particular countries environmental problem with crop, international organisations have to invite many countries, discuss the problem, create a solution and then make a decision.

In conclusion, in my opinion international organisations should not be responsibile for each countries issues. Because every country has their own kind of problem, industry and economys. Also, it would require a huge amount of time to make a solution for each country.
