There is a long-standing controversory over whether it is the environmental protection organization or the government in every country should bear the principle responsibility for addressing environmental problems. While I acknowledge that the international environmental protection institution takes the major obligation in environmental preservation due to its obligation in upholding the environmental sustainability, I firmly believe every national government also plays essential role in implementing the objective of environmental protection.
Admittedly, the international environmental protection institution significantly acts as a major character in global ecological environment conservation due to it’s responsibility in maintaining environmental sustainability. One of the premium objective for the global environmental preserving organizaion is to maintain global natural resources from extinction while maintain their diversities, thereby safeguarding a profound development of our planet. Without protective initiatives launched by international ecological preservation organization, natural resources such as habitates, ocean and forest systems would degradate rapidly under the impact of active human activities. As a result, it is necessary for the international institution to come up with a global objective for the environmental protection in the world range.
However, sole reliance on the international environmental preservation institution is insufficient to resolve environmental issues; especially for problems having more significant impacts – for example, climate change, water shortage and deforestdation, underlying implications of such circumstances are far greater to the human society. To illustrate, as more than half of the global water resources have been contaminanted, the whole water system would never be fully conserved if only prioritize the policy makers from environmental conservation institution without any practical acts carried out by each government. For this reason, the collaborative among authorities all over the world is the key route to the global environmental preservation.
In conclusion, global environmental problem should rely on the collaborations between international environmental preservation institution and every national government.
