Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent trip. A few days ago, I booked a trip with a taxi company, but I was extremely disappointed with the tone and behavior of my driver.
On May 3rd (Thursday), I had a business meeting after a long connecting flight. However, the person who came to pick me up did not show any welcoming gestures. During the ride to my hotel, he started playing loud music and refused to lower the volume when I requested him to do so. Additionally, while driving, he rolled down the windows to smoke and proceeded to have a phone call using inappropriate language. I raised this issue with the company, but I have yet to receive a response.
I believe that before hiring drivers, there should be a training program in place to educate them on basic etiquette and to assess their suitability for the position. Furthermore, I think an apology from the driver for his actions is warranted.
Yours sincerely,
Ashmeet Kaur
