Overall, it is clear that the most popular course was face to face courses. In 1984 year face to face course was 67 % but in 1994 it was 54% in contrast in 2004 face to face course was decreased to 40%.

On the other hand the mixed media courses were increased in each year to 35%. In 1984 it was 13% but in 1994 it was increased to 15% the last stage was 35%. The correspon dence course were 20% in 1984 and in 1994 but in 2004 it was decreased to 15%. Online courses was 11% in 1994 but decreased to 10% in 2004 whenever in 1984 did not have online courses.

In conclusion, the most popular courses were face to face courses. In each year the courses were decreased and increased.
