Dear Sir ,
This letter is regarding my disappointment towards the driver of your company during my last trip last week. I already complained about this matter in your company to the manager but there was no action taken. I really feel downhearted and discouraged towards the company.
So, it was about Tuesday of the last week, I booked a ride from my home address to the workplace in morning time. Firstly, the driver arrived 15 minutes late as per the pickup time. Additionally, his driving was so rough and unsafe, so I became very uncomfortable. As per my request for safe driving, he ended up being rude. Consequently, I was so unsatisfied and upset throughout the day.
Therefore, I would highly recommend to the company to take strict actions against such irresponsible actions and behaviour. Also, train the staff to be respectful. Lastly, I really expect a positive response from your company and management
