Overview, the plans below illustrate the development that occurred at the waterside resort of Templeton over 10 years from 2000 to 2003. The seaside area had noticeable progress of growth for instance expand of residences, more facilities and industries. However, the green areas are dramatically decreased as trees got cut down due to constructed of many buildings.
In 2000, on the west side had less people lived there due to few residences compared to next 13 years, the north-west and south-west side had more houses and flats also more popularity because of enlarged residential but the trees are much fewer than past 13 years. Near the river area had constructed supermarket and at the south of flats had built the railway.
Moreover, there are also chopped down of trees and replaced with houses on the east so on with north side near school and river had built an airport, furthermore, on the south-east are a factory instead of nature area, connected of railway and ferry.
To summarise, a comparison of the two maps represented the development of prosperity from few popularity and nature environment to more busy and convenient as there are more facilities.
