Youngsters spent 2 hours of their time glued to screens, while the elderly spent the double amount, showing 4.5 hours a day for this activity, which was the widest gap difference among all activities. Reading and relaxing/ thinking was also a pastime enjoyed mostly by the 75+ age group rather than the 15-19+ group, with the former demonstrating 1 hours and 0.5 for both activities, and the latter showing approximately o.2 and even lower for the next activity.
Socializing/communicating, playing games/ computer use for leisure and sport exercise and recreation – all 3 activities were dominated in participation by the younger groups.
