It is believed by some people that in today’s globalized society, parents should encourage their adolescent children engage in part – time employment during their leisure time. This essay is going to argue for why I completely agree with a statement.
The first reason why I agree with the idea of young people should be motivated by their parents to take part in hourly paid work is that teenagers can gain their personal skills and financial independence. Having a part-time job while studying allows students to develop essential soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and time management. For instance, working in service-related roles like cafés or retail stores requires them to interact with customers and handle unexpected issues effectively.
