In 1980 the consumption of butter were 4.5 respectively. Margarine’s consumption increased sharply throughout the period, exceeding butter consumption in 2000 to 2010 and reaching 6 per person consumption in the end of the period.
In early 1980 the consumption of butter was the highest among margarine. However, it dramatically declined to 2 per person consumption in 2020.
