It is clearly that in 1980, the consumption of margarine was the vast majority, before it decrease sharply in 2020, while butter was the lower than margarine in this year and it increased gradually in 2020.
According to this survey in 1980, margarine’s consumer was the significant biggest with above 10 capita per person in 1989, whereas butter user was the smaller than margarine just below 5 capita per person.
Moving on to margarine, it declined sharply to 2 per person in capita in 2020 which was lower than butter. Moreover, butter utilizes rose slightly to nearly 6 capita more enormous than margarine in the end of that period year.
