Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that newely rented four-bedroom house near chennai corporation park no 143 seems expensive to my budget and also there are multiple leakages in the water’s pipeline,Electricity power fluctuation during peak hours.Currently, we are three tenants staying at this house, due to financial burden we would like to add one more new tenant to our sharing on monthly basis. It will minimize our finanical burden significantly.

As mentioned above, there are two major problems that we are facing everyday.Please arrange a maintenance in a regular interval to rectify it and make sure not surfacing in near future.

I am sending this letter to reach out to your knowledge for arranging a quick discussion for further arrangement. Please let me know if i need to revise rental agreement and any appropriate steps to be taken. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
