In our age, some people claim that university education is essential for getting a job, while others are of the belief that gaining experience after school is more than enough to guarantee a good job in the future. I entirely agree with the first statement and in the following essay I will provide some explanations and examples for this position.
First and foremost, university education includes lessons, crucial theories and also practice courses. It means that during several years at university, a student can be ready to get a well-paid job, For example, a person who passed through a large amount of practice hours is also believed to become a sufficient worker with a lot of experience in a particular field.
Another reason why completing a course of university education is almost mandatory for getting a job is that it gives not obly hard skills such as the aforementioned ones, but allows students gain numerous soft skills such as communication, networking and being likeable. To my perspective, these soft skills are considered to be as essential as hard ones while getting employed. A case in point would be a university student who is social and owning networking skills: they would have more chances than an individual who is going to start work right after school graduation, where all of these skills are hardly likely to be obtained by a candidate.
In conclusion, I reckon that such a viewpoint can be firmly defended as there is a convincing reasoning behind it. I truly believe that in the future employers will require a university education and diploma from their candidates in order to be sure on their ability.
