On smartphones, more than one-third (35%) of time is spent on games, followed by social networking (29%). Utilities take up one-fifth (20%) of the time, and music and videos use almost half of that (8%). News and other activities use the least screen time, at (3%) and (5%) respectively.
As far as time spent on tablets is concerned, more than half (57%) of time is spent on games. Social networking screen time is half (15%) compared to smartphones, followed by music and videos, which share almost the same percentage (13%). Utilities consume (3%) and news (4%) of the time. Other activities consume double that of news, at (8%).
