The comparison between different age groups of men and women who went to cinema in the year 2012 is illustrated in the bar graph.
Overall,among the different age profiles, people above the age of 50 were the highest cinema goers whereas youngsters between the age of 14 and 17 stood lowest.
It is evident from the bar graph that, women above the age of 50 consituted one tenth of the total female cinema goers (33%), gents in the same age group were slightly lower than women and constituted 29%. The middle aged people and youngsters had exactly the similar percentage , that is 25% and 7% respectively.
The age groups 18-24 and 25-34 witnesses a similar trend in which males who went to cinema were meagrely higher than that of ladies and the respective proportions accounted for 15% and 16% (18-24 year) and 20% and 25% (25-34 years).
