Dear Christine,
I’m writing this letter to inform that I recently borrowed your cellphone since three days ago and I made your cellphone got damaged, so that you definitely disappointed.
I was taking a bath while listening to song in the bathroom yesterday. After I finished showering, I took your cellphone. Suddenly, your cellphone fall in the bucket and got water. I was panicked and immediately check it. As the result, the sound became non-existent.
I immediately went to cellphone store to hand over with staff to repair it. Staff made confirm that the process fixed approximately once week. I would take it next week and I would check it again.
I apologize your cellphone got damaged. If your mobile phone has been repaired but it’s still not good anymore, I will replace your cellphone by buying a new phone.
I’m waiting to receive your response. Thank you.
Regards,
Ciacia
