The given pic charts layouts the particular year of 2008 and 2014’s percentage of the volunteers by organizations. Overall, we can see the difference in the numbers between the charts of different years.
First and foremost, in 2008, 21% of volunteers were involved in environmental organizations. Occupying the highest number among all even in 2014 with 29 % in the same sector. Then, in the educational department 21% volunteered in 2008 , however, we can see a great fall with 17% in 2014. In addition, 18% of volunteers in 2008 were in the art sector which unfortunately got less in 2014 (12%). Also, 15% of individuals were at the sports organizations in 2008 and the number had been increased in 2014 with 25%. Last but not least, health and other organizations had respectively 7% and 15% of volunteers. However, the percentage fell at 9% for others in 2014 and in the health sector there was a slight rise.
To sum up, In these two different years we see a fluctuation among the individual’s mind set for volunteering, although volunteers were still in greater numbers in the environmental organization.
