In many developing states,many employees have been moving to the cities from countrysides.While it can be attributed to the confluence of better employment opportunities and improving living conditions as well as it has potential drastic long-term effects which are suffering from separation and underdevelopment of the villages.
There are several reasons of why many people live in the rural areas move to cities.The main cause is that having more convenient job opportunities for workers.Many workers have been facing a lot of problems in the countrysides which are related to the occupations and they can not take many benefits from their jobs.The reason why some factories which are located in the village can not offer modern job equipments to their stuff because of not having high budget and development.However many multi-national companies are based in the urban areas generating more job options and higher packages to the workers and as a result of this people choose work in the cities.Furthermore,the living conditions of the public are improved due to having many conditions of the city.When individuals go to the developed urban areas,they can easily boost their life by using many conditions which is not available in the countryside like good accommodation,electricity and others. These reasons encourage humans to move away from their hometowns.
There are several effects which is caused by these factors.The movement to make ends meet may sound essential,however,leaves many children seperated from their parents and they can not enjoy the parental care which should have been bestowed on them and,therefore,they feel sense of being left out.For instance,according to a Social science department study,it was revealed about 25% of the families got seperated as a consequence of such migration.In addition to aforementioned,because of people relocating from rural regions,the development of work opportunities is impacted due to the the lack of skilled resources who could have actually invested their thinking to bring better technology to working style and even the unkilled labor would have facilitated intensive work requirements.
In conclusion, whereas moving to the cities from rural areas is a consequence of having superb job chances and achieving better life and facing with separation and being underdeveloped of the countrysides are negative effects of this.
