While, in 2010, 10% of the students could speak French and German languages. According to the given chart 35% of the students could speak Spanish, and 20% other languages that are not mentioned here. However, 15% of the students could speak two other languages, and the remaining 10% of the students could speak only English, not any other languages.
It is concluded that in both 2000 and 2010, the percentages of languages spoken were different.
