In your letter remind him when and where you met tell him what kind of job you are interested in say why you think you would be suitable for the job

Dear Mr. Jones,

My name is Ignacio Correa, and we met last month during the flight from Toronto to Saint John. I am writing to you because you mentioned a possible job position at one of your restaurants located in an uptown area.

Let me explain this situation in more detail. We had an interesting conversation about business, specifically in relation to fusion restaurants, and one of the most remarkable weaknesses of this area: the lack of chefs. As I told you, I am a professional chef, and I have a strong background in Asian food; indeed, I have worked in four different countries on that continent. That professional journey helped me to understand and learn in detail how the restaurant business is in that part of the world.

I would really like to work for your company. I believe that, with my experience, we can create a new standard in the fusion restaurant business. I understand that, in the first stage of every business, employees have to complete multiple tasks; for that reason, I offer you my knowledge of working in the kitchen and as an administrator as well.
