The line grapgh illustrates the number of participants for different activities at a social centre in Melbourne, Australia between 2000 and 2020.

Overall, it is apparent that the number of people participated in table tennis experienced the most significant increase while the number of participants of amateur dramatics dropped severely.

In 2000, the film club had the most participants which is about 63 participants, compared to 47 martial arts members, 27 amateur dramatics members, 17 table tennis members and 0 musical performances member. The number of participants of the film club and amateur dramatics decreased steadily to 60 and 20 respectively in 2010 while that of musical performances rose gradually and increased to 12. Regarding to the martial arts, the number of members experienced a slight decrease but increased back to the original level at 47 in 2010, and the number of members of the table tennis had a slighly increase and remained stable at 20.

Moving to 2020, the number of participants of the film club and the martial arts remained relatively constant at 67 and 47 respectively. The number of table tennis members increased dramatically from 20 in 2010 and reached 54 in 2020. In contrast, the number of participants of amateur dramatics declined from 29 to 7 in 2020. The number of musical performances members increased continually and reached 29 in 2020.
