In today’s generation, everyone wants to bring some change in their respective work. The reason behind this change is the Upgradation and Development of the company. This could only happen if someone is having unique, innovative and creative ideas which gives profit. Few people says that this type or modern innovation leads to have more drawbacks rather than the benefits. But i contradict this
statement with the forthcoming paragraphs.
Innovation can be the change in the technique of doing any work or any design which needs to be enhanced and upgraded. Innovation also takes place in the manufacturing industry, where the top level management needs some innovative ideas from their middle or low level management to reduce the production charges but not at the cost of quality. Or if any competitive company has launched the identical product then also Innovative ideas are needed for Advertisement of their respective product to demonstrate the distinct characteristics of it. Innovation could be done in Designing the Packaging and Labelling to make the product more attracted towards the target audience. Innovation is the key to success. More innovative products which are introduced in the market, more they gain. Hence, Innovation is required for the benefit of the organisation.
In the bygone era, there was not plenty of machines to do the task. Even machines were not yet introduced, only person has to perform the tasks by their own. For Instance, computers or typewriters were not used in the past era. But due to development and upgradation, computers and typewriters were brought to use. It was not accepted by some of them, as some became reluctant to bring this change and some didn’t want to upgrade themselves because of the fear of losing job if the didn’t perform well. As the time passed, people became habitual to use these, also it is less time consuming rather than writing without the typewriter and making accounts without computers. Adaptation to a change should always be encouraged.
To sum up, Innovations may bring few problems but not always because inventions are done for the betterment of the society. Innovations can be resistible sometimes at the beginning era but adaptation to these changes can lead to development of the environment.
