It is acknowledged that the professionals related to education require an intensive effort as well as time investment to become a specialists in teaching, which is similar to the requirement of other jobs such as officers or bankers. However, their income level annually is deficient, which is insufficient for other life purposes. For instance, in Vietnam, the average salary of teachers is around 5 million VND, which is relatively low, therefore, young teachers can not cover all their expenditures on accommodation and such fundamental demand. Consequently, young individuals can consider teaching as not a well-paid profession and negatively alleviate the opportunities to take this type of job for their future.
