The diagram below illustrates the steps and apparatuses employes in the cement forming process and in what way it is used to manufacture concrete for construction plan.
Over all, the process of cement formation completed through almost seven steps starting with crushing of raw materials and ending up with packing in bags. whereas, concrete production start with mixing materials and stop at gravel make up.
Firstly, in cement production limestone and clay are crushed by using crusher to form a powder. Then the powder is put into the mixer. After that the mixture pass though a rotating heater which is heated up by heater. Next, the mixture arrives at the grinder where it is ground to make cement as final product and packed in bags.
Secondly, to yield concrete, 15% of cement is mixed with 10% of water along with 25% sand and 50 gravel and mixture is put into a container called concrete mixture. Here all the ingredients are mixed together and finally, concrete is ready for construction purpose.
