From an overall perspective, Bernie’s Buns sold more items than Lovely Loaves, except for fresh loaves and salads. It is also noticeable that the number of doughnuts sold of those bakeries was the highest, as opposed to rolls sold which was the lowest.
Looking at the bar chart closely, we can see that the consumption of Bernie’s Buns’s toasted sandwiches was roughly 30 items more than that of Lovely Loaves’s. This difference was the same with crisps, which customers consumed just over 75 pieces in Bernie’s Buns and nearly 45 pieces in Lovely Loaves.
In Bernie’s Buns, cookies and cakes were the second and the third most favorite items, sold 115 and 101 units, respectively. By contrast, cookies was the third most liked, sold 70 units and cakes was the second most loved, sold 75 units in Lovely Loaves.
