As an overall trend, the top-selling product in both Lovely Loaves and Bernie’s Buns bakeries was doughnuts.
At Bernie’s Buns, almost 140 doughnuts were sold, representing the highest figure among all items. This figure was approximately seven times higher than the number of salads sold, which stood at around 19. Cookies and cakes were the second and third most popular items, recording sales of about 120 and 100, respectively. However, toasted sandwiches were the second least popular items after salads, with sales of around 20.
On the other hand, at Lovely Loaves, doughnuts were also the most purchased item, although their sales were roughly 20 lower than those at Bernie’s Buns. Moreover, the second and third items with the greatest sales at Lovely Loaves were cakes and cookies, with the amounts sold around 80 and 60, correspondingly. Furthermore, toasted sandwiches ranked as the lowest-demand product, as it was the same with Bernie’s Buns, at just about 20 for both bakeries.
