In 1990, there was some remarkably changed happen in the Nothern of the town, there was a block of functional building provieding services for inhabitants which was all combined to turned into a shopping mall, while the children centre next to it inexperienced any changed.Futhermore, the Smith street between it and the middle zone are becoming more friendly when it transformed into a road that only used by people, not by any vehicles as in the past.
