From my perspective, both elements are essential part of life so its my firm believe that job security has been given more advantages despite of the job satisfaction.
To commence, there are those who assert that job satisfaction is more important than job security so in detail I eleborate that having a job satisfaction is good opportunity to enahance your skills by utilize their own theoratical knowlege in a practical setup is a positive way to calm your soul. Furthermore, some people convinced that experience play a major role either in office or in your personal life by going through handling the conflicts situation in wrokplace make your personality well known and the people have to develop their ability to deals with a difficult task.
