Due to longevity in the population in the modern era, a portion of the people think that the presently existing pension scheme is needed to amend with providing extensive employment years. Obviously, there are some reasons. But, in my opinion, taking a pension late is associated with more physical, psychological, and social issues.
First, the priviling age range regarding pensions in both the public and private sectors is similar, according to proven medical research. In addition to the tremendous progression, with the help of healing art, it is transparent that in recent decades people are getting a long life without chronic disease after retirement, which does not make sense. Employees are capable of serving beyond pension time. For instance, in a country’s defence, soldiers can contribute as they could age 40 before, naturally allowing them.
In the second place, since some white-collar and blue-collar, such as pilots, sailors, and soldiers, etc., have to abide by their duty being present mostly abroad or, in terms of nationally, it is not near their native town. only current pension, it would be a more rational pension plan to be family reunion at the proper time. Moreover, if the employment year has been widened by amending current retirement, an imbalance might occur socially, physically, and psychologically in a specific occupation. At last, another prime issue in young unemployment is the unavailable vacancy, which retained late taking retirement.
In conclusion, considering the above practical possibility, I believe an extensive retirement plan will not have many pragmatic benefits for a country.
