Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing this letter to you regarding the arrangement for reunion, which is going to held on September 21st of September at 9:30am Sunday. This event is really special for us. Thus there has never meet for past 10 years & thus need a confirmation on date and time as mentioned above. Thus, we have sent an invitation to all area members.
I would want to make sure that the arrangement are perfectly made. Additionally make sure that we are serving sort of nothing such as food chain & table and refreshment our estimated count is thousand four hundred numerous including their children. However if there may be its count could increase to two thousand. It mostly depending upon how many map members to still being there are willing to bring their family members families. So make sure the count we will finalised the count as two thousand. Therefore we will not lack anything at the time of party.
Finally, I would like to talk about the menu on food. Eventhough its said to be non -veg meal make sure we have some option on veg. Regarding the seating arrangements, it should be 4 members in a table. Never arrange the table with white cloth. Instead the runner should be in black clothes, to which represent our school unity. All Table should for the projector on the stage, so that we could able to communicate with our friends. Therefore make sure the above mentioned points are properly and neatly arranged at the time of meeting.
