As the time passes, a number of languages are eliminating. People debate how our lives could be more convenient if humans speak with less various languages. I am completely disagree with this opinion.
Human has learned to communicate others since its existence. Numerous methods have been used for this purpose, such as painting on the walls, using smoke as a sign of danger, and etc. After developing spoken languages, every region had has a specific language which has driven from the culture of that region. For instance, the persian language is highly influenced by the ancient religion of the iranian people that was popular 2000 years ago. Thus, the language of each district represents the culture and traditions of its people throughout the time.
Life might become more comfortable if all of the people speak a unique language throughout the world, particularly for those who travel to several countries during a year. They can make contact with residents of that country, and the hardness of the journey will cease. However, the problem is that after a while, the culture and history of that region will be harmed, because the language is a mean to maintain the history of bygone era. Additionally, it is the diversity that makes every country in the world worthful to visit . Tourists may not feel the uniqeness of that region in terms of culture if its residents speak in a same language.
In conclusion, reducing the number of languages may help people to communicate without difficulty, but this action comes with damaging history of the countries.
