Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you safe and sound, I am writing this lettet to complain about the restoration process of my kitchen cabinet.

First, the technician who came to fix the drawer forgot to install the fixing kit. As a result the drawer had fallen on the ground, and multiple dishes was broken. In addition, the oven shelf was not properly fixed.

Secondly, I am experiencing an issue whenever I try to use my kitchen. Most of the cooking dishes was broken, and barely can I use my oven to prepare meals for my children. Now, we depend mainly on fast food, and this is causing a financial burden on me and my wife.

lastly, I hope you will be able to come as soon as possible to fix all this issues. I am available all day at home from 9 am to 9 pm, so whenever you can come just call me in advance. Also, i am exppecting a replacement dishes set for the ones that was broken.
