In 1994 it had rose to 40 thousand again. Since 1994 started its decreasing trend to a low of just 25 thousand. But unfortunately, it was rising again and in 2008 reached 50 thousand.

Unemployment rate was about 18 percent in 1988. Till 1992 it had fluctuated. While it had dramatical decline until 2000 and plunged mere 2 percent. Moreover, followed by this slight increase, it reached about 6 percent in 2008.
