Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the hotel room which I was booked for the weekend get together.

Firstly, last week, I was booked a room from your website for weekend celebration. In online advertising show double size room and balcony view as well as small kitchen and some household items. But when we were reached the hotel the room was not according to the online descriptions and room was very small size and not properly clean.

Furthermore, this thing was affected my whole journey and stay. We were six friends and very dissatisfied with your service. By watching the condition of the room all the joyment of weekend getaway was spoiled. We were came back late night at our home.

Lastly, I am requesting you to please refund all the money of the room booking and along with some extra cash money due to the wrong advertising.
