Dear Sir,

i am writing regarding explaining the experience i had with one of your courses, which led to unsatisfaction caused by not matching the course’s agenda and content.

i applied to a project management course in september 11th which had four main chapters and a great context as shown in your advertisment, although it was supposed to be for a duration of 3 months it ended up being half of that duration.

we missed on crucial information in the field leading me to have little knowledge to apply in my experience, which is a whole chapter about project team members and leader, in my prespective i dont believe it was worth the fees.

i would like to have a compensation for this issue, it could be a partial refund or further training on the course to close up all the subjects that have been missed, for me either is fine and a apologies for any inconveniece i could have caused.
