I am writing to request a partial refund for the Advanced Project Management Skills course that I attended from 12 to 16 May 2026. The course fee was paid by my employer, and I enrolled based on the information provided in your promotional materials.
Unfortunately, the course did not meet my expectations or the standards that were advertised. According to the course description, participants would receive hands-on training using current industry software and case studies. However, much of the content consisted of basic theory that was already familiar to most attendees. In addition, several sessions were cancelled or shortened, resulting in less instructional time than promised.
Another concern was the quality of the training materials. Some of the materials were outdated and contained information that is no longer relevant to current industry practices. Furthermore, opportunities for practical exercises and interaction with the instructor were very limited, despite these features being highlighted in the course advertisement.
Given these shortcomings, I believe that the course did not provide the value that was promised. Therefore, I would like to request a 50% refund of the course fee as compensation for the reduced quality and content of the training.
I would appreciate it if you could review my complaint and respond within the next two weeks regarding the action you intend to take. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
