Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction about the training conducted last week in your learning academy. I have opted and attended the mentioned training, however the session was not meet the expectation.

I have enrolled the Python Automation course as per the brochure provided, which was conducted on 03-Jun and duration was 8 hrs. Since I am working for developing automation tools, I was in impression like this course will help to upskill the knowledege in Python.

The training was entirely different from the details mentioned in the advertisement and it’s really disappointmented. Course covered only the automation of Word, Excel, mail automation with Python instead of useful functions and commands which can be use for automating any tasks.

I would like to inform you that, refund the course full amount as this was not meet the expectation as mentioned in the brochure or reassess the training topic and reschedule with promised content.
