I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter in order to complain you about unreliableness of your buss service.

I have been using Go-Green buss service since 8 years. Indeed your company performs top-notch services which includes, cleaniness, safety and punctuality that never disappointed me. However, in the last few there has been a problem in your tranportation facility. One of biggest issue is the non-punctuality, the bussess are 10 to 15 mins late, which really affect the students like me who has to pick two bussess for university. Secondaly, the drivers are not driving properly, to overcome time loss they are over speeding. I have a very critical seminar to attdent on last friday but unfortunately, I could not participate in it because I was late due to buss. I request you to please highlight my issue with your authorities and take firm action against those driver who are causing the delat.
