The most effective method to develop and improving health is considered to be daily exercise. In my opinion, I agree that exercise is the key to health. However, I also believe that diet is improtant.
To begin with doing regular exercise improves both our physical and mental conditions. People who do swim, walk or jog regularly they remain fit. Moreover, it helps on blood cerculation and reduce the risk of chroic desease. For instance, a person who is aware of his health the possibility of diabetes or heart failure or obesity will goes down. In addition, exercise release a good feeling hormon in our brain which makes us feel good and relexed.
However, exercise alone can not bring primal solutions. To keep one’s body healthy form outer and inner side he/she must need to follow healthy diet, routine sleep and avoiding bad habits. For example, if someone goes to the gym regularly but keep eating junk foods beside his body condition will not develop as he expects. Furthermore, being on stress situation will lead someone’s health condition detrimental.
To conclude, exercise and balanced diet keep us mentally and physically fit. In order to being pleased and having a longevity life we need to keep our routine close to constant exercise.
