For example, a class can be organized in order to raise public awareness about the serious problems caused by stress and teach people how to prevent and deal with such mental health issues. By this way, people will understand more clearly about themselves as well as take care of them more carefully. This initiative should be implemented in tandem with encouraging social interaction through some activities which force people to communicate with each other. This can be done by the local council as they can organize some competitions about sports for the residents or widen the public spaces like parks, squares so that people will meet each other more easily. This two-pronged approach could go along way toward social bonds, preventing people from becoming anti-social.
