Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to tell you about something wrong with an electronic device which is I bought it two days ago in your store.
Two days ago I bought earphones in your store but when I try to use it, it does not work properly and does not have sound on the left. So I can not listening well. It is made me stressed at the time and I fell disappointed.
I hope you can help me to overcome this problem. Probably you have to replace the earphones to new item. Additionally if you can not to replace you have to change my money slightly because I think this item is quite expensive.
So that is it for my letter, I hove you can accept a solution and do it slightly.
