The flow chart summarizes the recruitment process of an organization.
The chronology of the hiring process starts with the resume submission, and after passing through filters, ends with the decision of applicant being hired.
According to the flow chart, the process starts once the applicant submits a resume. The initial, most significant step is the scrutiny by the Employer’s assistant. The application gets accepted or rejected by the assistant. In the case of acceptance, it passes through the second layer, where the employer reads the resume, which otherwise has been filtered out by the assistant. Similar to the initial step, the employer accepts or rejects the application. Subsequently, the acceptance leads to the next layer, where an applicant gets interviewed, and on success, the applicant gets hired, or not hired otherwise.
