The diagaram illustrates a method in which bricks are produced for the building industry.
Overall, it can be seen that there are seven main stages need to follow in order to make a bricks. Firstly, the machine called digger will excavate for clay and it will be filtered through a metal grid to seperate bigger particles. Once it is refine, it will be mixed with water and sand to make a solid product. In this stage, there are two options which the product will be directly cut into a desired shape or it will be molded to form a bricks.
The bricks are moulded very well, then it will be placed in the drying oven for twenty-four to forty-eight hours in order to hardened. If the bricks are already solid, heavy and unbreakable, then it will be transferred to another chamber which is called a cooling chamber. In this process, the bricks undergo different temperature from moderate to a very cold condition and leave this for atleast two days. Finally, the bricks are in good shape, ready for packaging and to delivered.
